For our Sweden-based partner, a large international automotive company, we are looking for:  

SENIOR EMBEDDED DEVELOPER

Location: Sweden

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will join an ongoing project as a key developer working on the development of advanced embedded systems in areas such as performance, developing tools for traceability and visualization, system analyses solving issues. You will be involved in the design, build, test, and integration of applications that will run on emulators but also actual HW rigs and finally the car itself. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid proven and hands-on commercial experience (minimum 5 years) in development of Embedded Systems and deep understanding thereof
  • Completed higher technical education - MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Very good understanding and proficiency in programming in C++ and/or C, and Python
  • Very good understanding and experience working in Linux environments
  • Experience working in Agile environments/teams
  • Very good / Fluent command of the English language
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or other visualization tools
  • Experience with Jenkins and/or Zuul 
  • CI, Test Automation, QNX
  • Knowledge and experience working with HIL (Hardware in a loop) rigs and automated test systems in automotive rigs
  • Knowledge of automotive network communication protocols (e.g. CAN, LIN, Ethernet, MOST, Flexray)
  • Experience with working with CANalyzer, CANoe or CAPL
  • Commercial experience as Technical Lead or Software Architect will be an additional bonus
